the above described and serialized instrument met or exceeded all published specifications at the date of calibration specified below (unless otherwise noted) ; and has been calibrated using standards whose accuracies are traceable to the National Metrology Institutes using International System of units (SI), (NIST, NPL, PTB) within the limitations of the Institute's calibration services, or have been derived from accepted values or physical constants, or have been derived by ratio or self calibration techniques. All calibration Procedures provide measurement certainty of less than or equal to one quarter of the manufacturers specifications of the above listed equipment, and if applicable with a coverage Factor of 2. All calibration activities performed are in compliance with; ANSI/NCSL Z540.1-1994 (R2002), ISO 9001:2000 and ISO/IEC 17025: 1999(E), ASME B89.7.3.1 [6]. This Calibration Certificate applies only to the Instrument listed above. The recalibration of this instrument can be based on when the instrument is put into service, plus the manufacturers Recommended Calibration Interval. The recommended calibration interval is established by the Manufacturer of the instrument listed above.
